Hello again. I'm back and been inspired to continue writing on one of my favorite subjects- HEALTH. I didn't want to give up on this blog that I started with Luis because he was my biggest inspiration to write about achieving greater health- even in the worst circumstance ever.

I became truly inspired again to continue writing because of my dad's circumstance.   

You see, recently my father was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation. Which is an irregular heart rhythm
involving the heart's two upper pumping chambers. Normally, the heart beats in an even, steady pattern. During A-fib, the heart's two upper chambers beat in a chaotic and irregular manner.  He was in the hospital for 5 days.

He had a test done on him to see if he had a blockage on one of his arteries.

And the good news came on good Friday. It was a good Friday for us all. Every part of his good old heart is clean.


This has reminded me why health is the most precious thing in life, and sometimes we can take our health for granted.

I think giving thanks for your health everyday is vital, because when you are grateful for your health, you will not only maintain your current health but you will also increase the flow of health to you.

I think it's more than just about your diet...........until next time, give thanks to having a healthy heart.
