As some of you may already know me here from past posts about my husband's journey with cancer,
I just wanna say, thank you again from the bottom of my heart for being part of all that
with us. All of you are truly appreciated.
But on another note, I'm also here because I've decided, this August to start documenting
my weekly journey with my first bikini show. Actually, I've been prepping for one for some
years now- so this goal is way passed over due on my clock.
WEEK 12 PROGRESS:
Lately, it's been all about them guessing games. When to start the cardio process. How much calories to consume.
What are the judges looking for in a bikini competitor.
How different should I be lifting weights compare to a figure competitor. Lots of researching.
